RETURN POLICY:
1. We may accept returns on most items (excluding intimate, underwear, products of Health and Personal care including beauty products, snack food and Confectionery), depending on a case-by-case basis and subject to the seller's approval.
2. The buyer is required to contact the seller within 14 Days after
receiving the item. This is done in order to obtain prior approval from the seller.
3. In case the seller accepts a return request from a buyer, an Item or items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase in
original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags).
4. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all
shipping costs. If your order contained "Free Shipping", our actual
shipping & handling will be deducted from your refund in that case.
5. Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
6. 15% cancellation fee based on the total order value will be charged.
7. This policy is subject to change without prior notice by the seller.
